How I Started Making Money OnlineHi my name is Randy Savage. Ive been making money online on a regular basis since 2004. And when I say making money, I mean passive residual income. When I started I had absolutely no technical background or website building experience what-so ever. Back in 2003 I got the idea that I would like to try and make money online. Before I started looking, I understood that I would most likely need a website to get started. I also understood that my chances of figuring out how to build a website, much less make an income from it, were bleak at best. But I was wrong. To make a long story short, after sifting through the piles and piles of phony get rich quick crap that seemed to polute the top spots in the search engines, I did manage to find a company that appeared to offer a viable solution. That company being Site Sell their product: Site Build It. What impressed me right off the bat with Site Build it was their down to earth explainion of how to build a business online. Not to mention their proven track record. They weren't trying to hard sell their product using the usual "guru-like" B.S. tactics I've seen so many times before. In fact one of the lines that really caught my attention is as follows.... Excerpt from SiteSell.comSite Build It! ("SBI!") is the only, all-in-one, site-brainstorming-and-building-and-hosting-and-marketing, step-by-step system of software tools that delivers thriving, profitable business. In addition to this they stressed how site build it sites are traffic magnets and how Site build it has its own (built in) traffic building system. At this point they were pushing all the right buttons in my mind. Still skeptical, I think I visited the Site Build It site at least 10 times over the course of a month before I bought it. When I finally took the plunge, I decided I would build an experimental site just to see if Site Build It would live up to its promises. Following their advice (in the 10 action plan) I built my first site about something I knew about...Doberman Pinschers. Hence www.my-doberman.com was born. The site builder was simple to use. Within a few days with just a few pages up I had my first trickle of traffic. I thought this was amazing because I didn't do any site promotion at all and I was already getting traffic. Today this small site is only around 120 pages but look at the traffic stats... Look at the amount of visitors under Monthly Totals
I know this site is not a particularly business oriented website. And the keywords aren't exactly "high value". But as I said, it was an experiment. I didn't want to spend a whole lot of time researching a business niche and putting up a website if it was'nt going to work. Well, it did work and even though the keywords each page is written about aren't high value, this one site still brings in over $1400 per year just from the google adsense program. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if you multiply this by 10 or 20 times you would be generating a pretty decent passive income. All I could say is that Site Build It works, it is great for beginners to start making money online and I highly recommend it to anyone trying to break into the internet marketing business
